About the Role
Cogent Data Solutions LLC is seeking a Technical Training Specialist/Instructional Designer for one of their direct clients in Austin, Texas. This is a remote, contract position focused on developing comprehensive training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing a robust training program specifically for ERP systems.
- Creating accessibility-compliant training content to ensure inclusivity.
- Working hands-on with various eLearning software solutions.
- Applying expertise with the PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 ERP system.
- Leveraging Microsoft O365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Utilizing MS Teams for effective channel communication within large teams.
- Maintaining and updating SharePoint sites for information management.
- Collaborating with public sector organizations (Federal, State, or Local Government).
- Managing tasks and workflows using Jira.
