About the Role
STAND 8, a global IT solutions provider, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Onboarding Specialist. In this role, you will work directly with leading financial institutions to ensure a smooth onboarding and implementation of a cutting-edge SaaS platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead SaaS platform implementations for banking and financial services clients.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements.
- Translate client needs into technical specifications, user stories, and configurations.
- Guide and train clients on platform best practices.
- Configure, test, and manage user acceptance testing for successful go-live.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for clients and internal teams.
- Maintain onboarding documentation and suggest improvements.
- Advocate for customer needs in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Who You Are
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Exceptionally organized with sharp attention to detail.
- Experience as an Implementation Consultant, Technical Business Analyst, or Customer Success Consultant.
- Technically proficient with a good understanding of IT systems and API integration.
- Proactive problem-solver in a dynamic environment.
- Bonus: Background in banking/financial services, knowledge of statistics or financial mathematics, and basic coding (C#).

Additional Details
The base salary range is $65K - $95K annually, based on experience and location factors. Benefits include medical coverage with HSA options, dental/vision, flexible PTO, company-paid holidays, 401(k), Employee Assistance Program, and more.
