Technical Onboarding Specialist at RapidIT, Inc.
RapidIT, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Technical Onboarding Specialist to join their team. This remote role, with a focus on clients in the FinTech, Banking, or e-Commerce sectors, involves leading technical client onboardings and ensuring successful API and data integration projects.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant customer success experience within FinTech, Banks, or e-Commerce industries.
- At least 5+ years of proven experience in delivering technical onboardings to diverse clients.
- Demonstrated technical expertise sufficient to autonomously lead complex technical onboarding projects.
- Proficiency in various integration technologies including API integrations, SFTP, EDI, XML, and TXT Batch Files.
- Strong background in project planning and management, with the ability to concurrently manage multiple fast-paced projects and consistently meet deadlines.
- Expertise in developing clear, client-facing workshop materials specifically for technical onboarding processes.
- Proven exceptional written and oral communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership.
