Overview
The Technical AI Consultant role at Technical AI Consultant focuses on hands-on engineering, customer engagement, and rapid AI solution delivery. You will assist clients in integrating AI into their operations, delivering measurable business outcomes and advancing AI-powered solutions.
Success Criteria
Success is determined by outcomes achieved during engagements, including customer value realization, platform adoption growth, proactive issue resolution, achievement of engagement goals, and long-term customer partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Build, deploy, and maintain AI solutions on the AI/Run CodeMie platform using Python, React, and Langchain/Langgraph.
- Focus on obtaining measurable business outcomes and customer success goals.
- Embed with customer teams, understand domain challenges, and iterate on effective solutions.
- Drive AI engagement by solving platform issues and shipping essential functionality.
- Contribute to core product teams with code, feature proposals, and improvements.
- Own and execute technical projects from discovery through to deployment and support.
- Advise customers, remove blockers, and guide best practices in AI integration.
- Collaborate with sales and go-to-market teams to scope and close new deals.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Python and modern React.
- Strong engineering skills with an AI-first approach.
- Experience with LLM-based solutions, prompt engineering, and frameworks like Langchain/Langgraph.
- A demonstrated ability to map customer needs and iterate in ambiguous environments.
- Experience in facilitating workshops and demos, both remote and in-person.
- Self-starter focused on proactively resolving issues and driving customer success.
- Experience with MCP development, integration and security best practices.
