Software Architect Consultant

Job Duties:
- Designing and overseeing the architecture of software systems.
- Leading the development of complex software solutions.
- Ensuring the scalability, performance, and security of applications.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project requirements.
- Mentoring junior developers and providing technical guidance.
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation for software designs and implementations.
- Designing and implementing data interfaces for exchanging court data with external agencies.
- Deploying and installing applications in distributed environments.
Required Skills, Education and/or Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 15+ years of CA Plex development experience.
- 15+ years of experience working with Judicial Case Management Systems.
- 15+ years working with MS SQL Database.
- 10+ years developing Data Interfaces exchanging court data with outside agencies.
- 10+ years of experience deploying and installing applications in a distributed environment.
- 10+ years of documentation experience related to the design, development, implementation, and deployment of applications and/or interfaces.
Preferred Skills, Education and/or Certifications:
- Experience in South Carolina court/judicial systems.
- Experience with C++, Java, or .NET from Plex.
- Experience with Batch processing and transactional systems.
- API integrations.
- Data warehousing environments.
- Always On Availability Groups.
