Job Overview
Kforce is seeking a remote SEO Content Strategist, ideally working Pacific Standard Time hours. This role is pivotal in translating the client's story into purposeful and refined content that resonates with their audience. You will be at the nexus of strategy, creativity, and performance, acting as a crucial link between SEO agency partners, the brand marketing team, and website production/creative teams. Your responsibility will be to ensure all content is aligned, elevated, and optimized for performance.
Key Responsibilities
As an SEO Content Strategist, you will leverage your SEO expertise to enhance the quality and impact of digital experiences. This includes defining campaign execution, fostering a test-and-learn environment, and refining systems and workflows to support growth. You will drive content optimization based on performance data and collaborate closely with various internal teams and external partners.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SEO content writing (agency or in-house).
- 3+ years in a Manager/Team Lead role.
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals: keyword strategy, search intent, on-page optimization.
- Ability to translate SEO performance data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Proven experience analyzing content performance and driving optimization through data.
- Demonstrated ability to create content that is both performance-driven and brand-aligned.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, creative, production).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, reporting dashboards).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities.
