Role Summary
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Visual Designer to lead the visual design and brand expression across digital products, marketing assets, and customer experiences. The ideal candidate will combine strong visual storytelling, design craftsmanship, and user-centered thinking to create engaging, impactful, and consistent experiences that strengthen brand identity and business outcomes. The Senior Visual Designer will collaborate closely with UX Designers, Product Managers, Marketing, Content Strategists, and Engineering teams to deliver visually compelling solutions across web, mobile, enterprise applications, digital campaigns, and AI-powered experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Visual Design & Brand Excellence
- Create high-quality visual designs that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Develop engaging digital experiences across web, mobile, enterprise, and marketing channels.
- Translate complex concepts into visually appealing and intuitive designs.
- Ensure consistency of visual language, typography, iconography, color systems, and imagery across all touchpoints.
- Evolve and maintain brand design systems and visual standards.
Digital Product & Experience Design
- Collaborate with UX and Product Design teams to transform wireframes and concepts into polished visual experiences.
- Design responsive interfaces and components for digital products and platforms.

- Support accessibility and inclusive design standards in all visual solutions.
Creative Direction & Innovation
- Contribute to creative strategy and visual storytelling initiatives.

- Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Drive continuous improvement in visual quality and design consistency.
Stakeholder Collaboration

- Review implementation to ensure visual fidelity and design quality.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computers and experience in Visual Communication, Interaction Design, Fine Arts, Digital Media, or related field.
- 6-10 years of experience in Visual Design, Digital Design, Brand Design, or Product Design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing visual design excellence across digital products, marketing, branding, and customer experiences.
- Expert understanding of typography, color theory, composition, layout, visual hierarchy, and branding principles.
- Experience designing for responsive web and mobile platforms.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
