Donato Technologies Inc. is seeking a talented Senior Technical Writer with a strong background in cybersecurity to join their team. This role involves creating a variety of critical documentation for large enterprise environments.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Technical Writer, you will be responsible for developing a wide range of documentation, including:
- Policies, plans, standards, guidelines, procedures, and playbooks
- Technical specifications and requirements
- Architectural/referential diagrams, data flows, and process/workflows/playbooks
- User guides, operating manuals, and operational runbooks
- Creating process flows, diagrams, and visual aids to support understanding of systems and processes.
Qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience as a Technical Writer in an enterprise, technology, or SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to produce highly technical content such as specifications, diagrams, white papers, and user documentation.
- Excellent command of plain language writing and the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Proficiency with documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, Markdown, Microsoft Office, diagramming tools like Visio or Lucidchart).
Preferred Skills
- Experience in cybersecurity, compliance, or risk management.
- Familiarity with NIST, ISO, SOC2, PCI DSS, or other security frameworks.
- Experience supporting product launch cycles and writing customer-facing technical material.
