Senior Technical Recruiter at Aurum Data Solutions Inc
Aurum Data Solutions Inc is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter with strong expertise in IT hiring. This remote opportunity supports clients based in Georgia, Alabama, or Florida. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT and Engineering roles, focusing on quickly identifying and securing top tech talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT and Engineering roles.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for technical positions.
- Hire for diverse roles including Java Developers, Python Developers, AI/ML Engineers, Web Development, Engineering Professionals, Project Managers, ERP Consultants, and MS Dynamics 365 Experts.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements.
- Utilize various sourcing channels like job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and networking.
- Conduct initial HR and technical screenings.
- Coordinate interviews and manage offer negotiations.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and generate reports.
- Ensure quick turnaround time and high-quality hiring results.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of experience in IT Recruitment.
- Strong experience in hiring for Java, Python, ERP, and MS Dynamics 365.
- Proven ability to recruit for Engineering, Product, and Project Management roles.
- Hands-on experience with US staffing (preferred).
- Strong sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, and Indeed, alongside Boolean search.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting clients specifically in Georgia, Alabama, or Florida.
- Immediate availability to join.
- Experience working with direct clients or implementation partners.
