Dice is the leading career destination for tech experts. Our client, Luxoft USA Inc, is seeking a Senior Functional BA - Orchestrade for a hedge fund management trading platform implementation. This role involves working on a top initiative for a hedge fund, implementing a new trading system, and expanding your functional and soft skills while building deep industry expertise.

Project Description

You will work on the implementation of a new trading system that focuses on pre-deal origination workflow, post execution monitoring, lifecycle management and system integrations including operations, finance, reporting and reconciliation. The application used is Orchestrade built in .Net (C#) with native Excel connectivity, Microsoft SQL backend and delivery options in-house or hosted on Amazon Web Services.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior business analyst with 10+ years experience in capital markets and trading software.
• Gather and document requirements with workshops, JIRA user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with cross-functional global teams including developers, project managers and support.
• Assist in the estimation process in an Agile environment.
• Engage in design discussions, testing, and validation of development features.

Skills and Qualifications

• Hands-on Orchestrade and capital markets experience.
• Excellent analytical, planning and decision-making skills.
• Experience with trading platforms (Murex, Calypso, Orchestrade) and financial products.
• Proficiency in writing user stories and using JIRA.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
