About the Senior Cloud Support Engineer Role
As a Senior Cloud Support Engineer, you will be the technical interface to customers, OEMs and VARs for resolving issues related to the installation, maintenance and use of Oracle products. You are expected to have an in-depth understanding of several Oracle products and cloud platforms and work independently to research and develop solutions to customer issues.
Key Responsibilities
You will:
- Serve as the technical interface for customer issues.
- Utilize expertise in Oracle products and multiple platforms.
- Troubleshoot technical problems to determine root causes.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Work from the Nashville office and participate in on-call rotations.
Minimum Qualifications
Candidates must have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years in an infrastructure or cloud-related field.
- Hands-on experience with Cloud Networking and public-cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI).
- Strong troubleshooting, written, and verbal communication skills.
- A focus on customer service and satisfaction.
