About the Senior AI Engineer Role at Newt Global
Newt Global, a leading professional services firm, is seeking a highly experienced Senior AI Engineer with proven enterprise-grade expertise in agentic AI architectures. This role is not about theoretical knowledge, but real deployments at scale, contributing to a high-impact, first-of-its-kind initiative that will transform how a major firm approaches mergers and acquisitions.
You will be embedded in a team building complex agentic AI systems from the ground up, contributing across design, development, and deployment. This is a genuinely novel and technically demanding position requiring deep, demonstrable hands-on experience at the frontier of enterprise AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement multi-agent orchestration frameworks using technologies like AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or LangGraph.
- Integrate LLM-based evaluation pipelines, including LLM-as-a-judge methodologies.
- Ensure robust content safety practices and responsible AI principles are baked into solutions.
- Apply strong data science foundations for model selection, evaluation, and performance analysis.
- Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of complex agentic AI systems.
- Navigate ambiguity and define approaches for novel technical challenges.
Required Expertise & Skills
- Agentic AI Architectures: Proven enterprise-grade experience with real deployments at scale.
- Multi-Agent Orchestration: Hands-on experience with frameworks such as AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, or similar.
- LLM Evaluation: Expertise in evaluation frameworks, including LLM-as-a-judge methodologies.
- Content Safety & Responsible AI: Strong understanding and implementation of content safety tooling and responsible AI practices.
- Data Science Foundations: Solid skills in model selection, evaluation, and performance analysis.
- Professional Services/M&A Tech: Experience in professional services or M&A technology environments is a significant advantage.
- Problem Solving: Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and define technical approaches for greenfield problems.
