About the Role
The Security Engineer Cryptography will join Valiant Solutions' innovative cybersecurity team to design, implement, and operate a groundbreaking Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) solution for a federal modernization effort. You will work closely with senior government stakeholders to shape requirements, select tools, design architectures, and drive deployment of next-generation cryptographic protections.
Key Responsibilities
- PQC Solution Engineering: Define requirements, evaluate tools, design architecture.
- PQC Solution Implementation: Deploy PQC, integrate ACDI, and test algorithms.
- Operations & Support: Monitor solution, manage upgrades, and provide technical support.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure FISMA, NIST, and RMF compliance with robust documentation.
Required Experience & Skills
Minimum 10 years in engineering or technical program execution, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and CISSP certification (or willingness to obtain). Proficiency in PQC, PKI, and ACDI technologies, risk management, and federal security compliance is required.
