About the SAP PP/PM Consultant Role
Our client, McKinsol Consulting Inc, is seeking an experienced SAP PP/PM Consultant with strong Plan to Manufacture (PTM) expertise. This is an immediate interview opportunity for a 6-12 month engagement focused on critical SAP modules.
The successful candidate will specialize in Production Planning (PP) and Plant Maintenance (PM), bringing in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience to implement and optimize solutions within the PTM framework. While Quality Management (QM) is not a focus for this particular role, a comprehensive understanding of integrated SAP processes is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Implement and configure SAP Production Planning (PP) modules, including master data, demand management, MRP, capacity planning, and shop floor control.
- Implement and configure SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) modules, covering preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, work order management, and equipment management.
- Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, from blueprinting to go-live and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support for SAP PP and PM functionalities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an SAP PP/PM Consultant with a strong focus on Plan to Manufacture (PTM).
- In-depth knowledge of SAP Production Planning (PP) module functionalities.
- Extensive experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module functionalities.
- Ability to work effectively in a project-oriented environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
