About The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Consultant to support the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP EWM solutions for enterprise warehouse and supply chain operations. This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on delivering high-quality solutions that improve warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and operational performance. The ideal candidate will have strong SAP EWM configuration experience, a solid understanding of warehouse operations, and experience supporting full lifecycle SAP implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze warehouse management business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Configure and customize SAP EWM solutions to align with operational and business needs.
- Design, test, and deploy SAP EWM functionality across warehouse and logistics processes.
- Perform functional testing, troubleshoot issues, and support defect resolution.
- Develop configuration documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Deliver end-user training and support adoption of SAP EWM best practices.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Support integrations between SAP EWM and SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and other enterprise systems.
- Assist with data migration, interface validation, and system integration activities.
- Provide ongoing production support and resolve system-related issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, inventory management, and operational efficiency.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Stay current with SAP EWM enhancements, industry trends, and best practices.
- Travel up to 50% based on project requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
- SAP EWM Certification or willingness to obtain certification within six months.
- 4+ years of SAP EWM experience, including at least one full lifecycle implementation.
- Hands-on experience configuring and supporting SAP EWM functionality.
- Experience with warehouse management processes, inventory control, and logistics operations.
- Strong experience conducting functional testing, user acceptance testing, and deployment activities.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience integrating SAP EWM with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, or related SAP modules.
- Knowledge of SAP Activate, ASAP, or other SAP implementation methodologies.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $104,000 – $155,000 annually. Compensation will be based on experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
