About the Role
The Salesforce QA with Mulesoft Experience works in an Agile environment, collaborating with developers and business analysts to ensure high-quality software delivery that meets requirements.
Principal Responsibilities
- Test Planning: Develop comprehensive test plans based on project specifications and requirements.
- Test Case Design: Create detailed and well-structured test cases and scripts.
- Test Execution: Execute both manual and automated tests to validate functionality, usability, and performance.
- Defect Tracking: Identify, document, and track defects; work with teams to prioritize and resolve issues.
- Regression Testing: Conduct tests to ensure new features do not impact existing functionality.
- End-to-End Testing: Perform testing across various systems including SaaS platforms, websites, and databases.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Experience in software testing or quality assurance in an Agile environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with SQL, Postman, and SoapUI for API testing.
- Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using testing tools, test management systems, and version control.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience testing Salesforce.
- Familiarity with automation technologies such as Cucumber and Selenium.
