Revenue Cycle Change Management Specialist

Tria Federal is seeking a Revenue Cycle Change Management Specialist (Staff Consultant II) to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Uniform Business Office (UBO) Support Contract. This role focuses on change management and communications for enterprise-wide revenue cycle improvement initiatives across more than 130 Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs). You will be instrumental in communication planning, stakeholder alignment, training strategy, and workforce adoption, with a primary focus on stakeholder engagement, drafting communications, and coordinating training rollout.

Responsibilities

  • Support stakeholder engagement, including scheduling, capturing input, and maintaining records.
  • Draft communication products such as briefings, talking points, FAQs, newsletters, and slides.
  • Coordinate training rollout planning, including scheduling, logistics, materials, and tracking.
  • Support communication planning by contributing to the enterprise communication strategy, plan, and calendar.
  • Assist in developing training strategy and materials, including curriculum and job aids.
  • Support workforce adoption through reinforcement activities and gathering feedback.
  • Maintain change management documentation, ensuring it is current and accessible.
  • Support change impact and readiness assessments by collecting and compiling data.

  • Adhere to project plans, processes, and timelines in a deadline-driven environment.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–7 years of change management, communications, or organizational change experience.
  • Experience supporting communication planning, stakeholder engagement, training coordination, and workforce adoption.
  • Experience drafting communication products and training materials for diverse audiences.
  • Working knowledge of the healthcare revenue cycle and supporting systems (e.g., MHS GENESIS / Oracle Cerner Patient Accounting).
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR or Kotter).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
