About the role
Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled React Full Stack Developer with strong experience in AWS cloud services, NodeJS, and ReactJS. The candidate should have 6-9 years of overall IT experience with proven expertise in designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications. Experience in the Utility domain will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using NodeJS and ReactJS.
- Build and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS.
- Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and reusable UI components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Participate in solution design, estimation, development, code review, testing, and deployment.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and Agile methodologies.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Technical Skills Required
Must Have
- Strong hands-on experience in NodeJS.
- Strong hands-on experience in ReactJS.
- Good experience in JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
- Experience in developing REST APIs and microservices.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as: Lambda, API Gateway, S3, EC2, RDS / DynamoDB, CloudWatch, IAM.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of database design and SQL / NoSQL databases.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery model.
Good to Have
- Experience with serverless architecture.
- Knowledge of Docker / Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with Terraform / CloudFormation.
- Exposure to authentication/authorization frameworks such as OAuth, JWT.
- Utility domain experience in areas such as: Customer billing, Metering, Work and asset management, Service requests, Outage management, Energy/utility operations.
Domain Experience
Prior experience in the Utility domain is preferred. Understanding of utility business processes and enterprise application integrations will be an added advantage.
