PX Operations Specialist at Milestone Technologies

Role Summary
The PX Operations Specialist functions as the primary administrative and transactional support for the Milestone PX team. This role is responsible for delivering PX Operations results across multiple client accounts and locations globally, supporting over 3000 employees and growing. This is a Remote position and requires flexibility to work in US hours.
Responsibilities & Tasks
- Maintaining Workday HCM data and auditing transactions for accuracy and completeness, including data pushed via ATS integration (Taleo, Bullhorn) and manual data changes (job details, location, organization, compensation updates).
- Processing promotions, internal transfers, pay changes, and terminations in Workday.
- Tracking New Hire Onboarding, ensuring timely completion of Workday tasks through direct communication with candidates.
- Maintaining employee files within Workday.
- Monitoring the PX Ops Workday Inbox and completing action items in a timely manner, ensuring SLA compliance.
- Reviewing and actioning position management approval requests for new positions and backfills.
- Generating documents for terminations, certificates of employment/verifications of employment, required labor notices for newly hired employees in CA and NY, and pay changes.
- Creating Supervisory Organizations for new managers as needed.
- Analyzing Workday transaction errors, utilizing all available resources for cause determination and resolution.
- Daily monitoring of PX Ops Help Cases, responding to questions and completing requests in accordance with SLA policy, escalating cases when necessary.
- Creating, editing, and running Workday reports for managers and other departments using standard and custom reports.
- Providing assistance to the Compensation team in creating and maintaining Workday job profiles.
- Assisting in Workday EIB uploads as needed.
- Developing, updating, and/or maintaining PX Ops processes and procedures and actively participating in ongoing process improvements.
- Administering and/or updating PX programs, including reviewing and approving/denying Education Reimbursement Requests based on eligibility rules.
- Processing Spot Bonus awards via our 3rd party vendor.
- Ordering New Hire Kits from our vendor.
- Processing Service Anniversary Awards at the end of each month.

Experience, Skills And Qualifications Required
Required Skills:
- 3 to 5 years Workday HCM experience.
- Strong Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
- Understanding of fundamental HR concepts and what drives the development of HR related company policies.
- Working knowledge of Human Resource practices in India and the US, with the desire and ability to learn other countries.
- Strong organizational skills.

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated proactivity to complete tasks and assignments without reminder.

Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.

Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.
