Job Overview
The PSO PM and Events Operations Manager is a dual capacity role responsible for leading complex projects and managing day‐to‐day operations. This role drives strategic initiatives and optimizes processes to ensure operational excellence and business growth.
Project Management Responsibilities
- Lead projects from initiation to successful delivery
- Develop comprehensive plans including scope, schedule, budget and resources
- Manage personnel, vendors, and stakeholders effectively
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain project tools
Operations Management Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational efficiency and quality
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives
- Develop and implement operational strategies
- Manage team performance through coaching and mentorship
- Utilize data and metrics to inform decisions
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations, or related field along with 4+ years of relevant experience. Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills are required. Experience with project management tools like MS Project, Asana or Trello is essential, along with strong analytical abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in IT managed services, data center operations, or technology infrastructure; certifications like PMP, Agile, Scrum, or Six Sigma; and, an advanced degree are preferred.
Compensation
Estimated Pay Range: USD 100,000/Yr. - USD 120,000/Yr. This is an exempt full-time role.
