Prompt Engineer at iTech US, Inc.
iTech US, Inc. is actively seeking a skilled Prompt Engineer to spearhead AI innovation within its Residential Real Estate division. This role is crucial for aligning advanced AI solutions with the enterprise's broader digital strategy, driving significant improvements across various business functions.
Job Responsibilities
- Execute the AI innovation roadmap for the Residential Real Estate division, ensuring alignment with enterprise digital strategy.
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents and sophisticated prompts seamlessly integrated with existing systems and workflows.
- Deliver high-impact AI use cases encompassing automation, predictive analytics, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
- Develop repeatable AI models capable of being scaled across multiple systems to achieve substantial efficiency gains.
- Create and execute comprehensive test plans, leading quality assurance, volume testing, and bias testing to guarantee accuracy, reliability, and ethical integrity.
- Ensure all AI solutions developed adhere strictly to Company standards, internal processes, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with delivery and business teams to enhance products, streamline workflows, and improve decision-making through actionable AI insights.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and organizational objectives.
Required Skills
- Mandatory: Strong background in Mortgage and/or Mortgage-related domains.
- Proven experience designing AI prompts, agents, or AI-driven solutions.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including backlog management and prioritization.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align AI initiatives directly to business objectives.
Required Education
At least a Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems or a closely related field is required.
