We are actively seeking a highly skilled and motivated Prompt Engineer to join our innovative team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in crafting and refining prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs), collaborating closely with domain experts and end-users to deliver software solutions that address critical internal and external business requirements. Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively with domain experts to thoroughly understand business needs and accurately translate them into clear, effective LLM prompts.
• Develop, rigorously test, and continually refine prompts for diverse use cases, ensuring consistently high accuracy and relevance in the generated outputs.
• Work in close partnership with software developers to seamlessly integrate LLM solutions into both existing and new applications.
• Actively contribute to the development of a scalable framework for prompt engineering, which promotes efficient reuse and effective knowledge sharing across various business units.
• Assist in the systematic gathering and insightful analysis of user feedback to continuously enhance prompt effectiveness and user satisfaction.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in LLM technology and actively contribute to strategic decisions regarding the selection of appropriate tools and platforms.
• Document comprehensively prompt engineering processes, established best practices, and the outcomes of various use cases to build a robust and accessible knowledge base.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a closely related field, complemented by 5+ years of relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with prompt engineering and a strong familiarity with leading tools such as OpenAI's GPT models, Hugging Face, and similar platforms.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience with Python or other prominent programming languages commonly utilized in AI/ML development.

Eligibility

• Candidate must demonstrate a willingness to travel a minimum of 2 weeks per year.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Nice to Have

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related advanced field.
• Proven experience with established machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch) and efficient data processing libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
• Prior experience or internships actively involving Natural Language Processing (NLP) or machine learning projects.
• Familiarity and practical understanding of version control systems like Git.
• A foundational understanding of traditional industry operations and their inherent challenges.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $89,300.00 and $148,700.00. The Company also applies a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in specific regions. The precise pay offered may be influenced by various factors, including the candidate's professional experience, educational background, and specific skill set.
