About the Role
Our client, Contract Staffing Recruiters, is seeking a Project Manager to drive assigned projects and programs, ensuring successful outcomes by clearly defining requirements and implementing effective solutions for complex banking issues. This remote role involves improving operations through historical data analysis, providing timely updates to sponsors and stakeholders, and managing both onshore and offshore resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive project and program success by meticulously defining requirements.
- Enhance operational efficiency and processes utilizing historical data and available resources.
- Provide regular, effective updates to appropriate sponsors and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with dedicated and core teams to define requirements and solutions for complex bank issues.
- Manage projects involving both onshore and offshore resources.
- Resolve problems and conflicts across implementations, client-facing organizations, and product management.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong analytical skills to identify cause and effect in complex bank solution service delivery.
- Understanding of support levels, severity, and root cause analysis for problem resolution.
