Our client, Contract Staffing Recruiters, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive the success of assigned projects and programs. This role involves defining requirements, improving operations through historical data, and ensuring effective communication with sponsors and stakeholders. You will work with dedicated teams, both onshore and offshore, to develop solutions for complex banking issues, manage implementations for client-facing organizations, and resolve project-related conflicts.
The Project Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing service delivery for intricate bank solutions and possess strong analytical skills for root cause analysis and problem resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive assigned projects and programs to ensure successful outcomes by clearly defining requirements.
- Improve operations and processes by leveraging historical information and available resources to develop appropriate solutions.
- Provide regular updates to appropriate sponsors and stakeholders, ensuring effective and efficient information flow.
- Collaborate with dedicated and core teams to determine courses of action, define requirements, and create solutions for complex banking issues.
- Work effectively with both onshore and offshore resources for identified projects.
- Resolve problems and conflicts across projects, implementations for client-facing organizations, and product management initiatives.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong analytical skills to determine cause and effect related to service delivery of complex bank solutions.
- Understanding of support levels, severity classifications, and root cause analysis techniques for problem resolution.
