Overview

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or management.
• Direct experience or training in Information Technology.
• Direct experience or training in Cyber Security.
• Significant record of superior customer service.

Basic Qualifications

• Two+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to automate tasks with basic scripting (Python, PowerShell, C#, Assembly, etc.).
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages.
• High-level attention to detail.
• Skilled in managing data, forms, and effective Q&A.
• Ability to prioritize and delegate time schedules for assessments.
• Hands-on experience with a major cloud provider (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Familiar with multiple operating systems, minimally Windows and Linux.
• An adversarial mindset to think like an attacker.
• Excellent professional communication skills, written and verbal.
• Fluent in English with customer-facing support abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop rapport with internal teams, customers, and vendors.
• Manage relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Collect and maintain records related to Offensive Security and Protect Team solutions.
• Triage, answer questions, and route requests to appropriate team members.
• Assist in improving data quality to support metrics and tracking.
• Support reporting, automation, documentation, and template creation processes.
