About the Product Designer Role at Jobs via Dice
As a Product Designer (UI / UX) at Jobs via Dice, you will leverage your expertise in product design and user experience to significantly contribute to AI research and evaluation projects. This is an hourly contract position, offering flexibility with 10-40 hours per week, allowing you to work remotely.
Your primary responsibilities will include creating and reviewing product mockups, providing structured feedback on user experience, user journeys, and interaction design, and translating design judgments into clear, actionable deliverables. You will collaborate asynchronously with research teams while maintaining independence in task execution.
Role Responsibilities
- Apply product design and UX expertise to support AI research and evaluation projects.
- Create and review product mockups to inform design decisions and usability preferences.
- Provide structured feedback on user experience, user journeys, and interaction design.
- Translate design judgment and aesthetic preferences into clear, actionable deliverables.
- Collaborate asynchronously with research teams while working independently on assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Strong professional experience in product design or UX, preferably at a reputable technology company.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong ability to create high-quality product mockups and visual design artifacts.
- Demonstrated experience in providing UX feedback and evaluating user flows and journeys.
- Excellent written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, project-based environment.
