About the Role
The Principal Software Development Engineer OCI will work on the OCI Organizations-Management team. This role involves building new customer-facing features, operating cloud services, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical and project leadership.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define features
- Design, code, and operate large-scale cloud services
- Troubleshoot and support customer-facing systems
- Lead and mentor other software engineers
- Define specifications and develop software solutions
Qualifications
- 6-10+ years of software engineering experience
- Proficient in object oriented programming with Java and familiarity with Terraform
- Experience building and operating cloud services and distributed systems
- Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience
