Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Copilot Studio Power Platform Architect with strong hands-on expertise across Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, and enterprise-grade integrations. The ideal candidate will design and develop intelligent workflows, copilots, and automation solutions leveraging modern LLM capabilities, prompt engineering, and Graph API integrations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Copilot Studio Development
- Build, extend, and maintain copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio, including topics, entity extraction, actions, and generative answers.
- Develop custom extensions using Power Automate, custom connectors, and APIs.
- Integrate copilots with enterprise data sources such as Dataverse, Graph API, SharePoint, Azure Functions, and external services.
2. Power Platform Architect
- Design and develop Power Automate flows, cloud desktop business process flows.
- Build Canvas Apps and Model Driven Apps with responsive UI and Dataverse-backed data models.
- Implement Dataverse schema: tables, relationships, business rules, calculated columns.
- Apply ALM practices using ADO/GitHub, including solution packaging and deployments.
3. Integrations & Connectors
- Use custom connectors and Power Platform connectors to integrate backend systems (REST APIs, Azure Functions, Dataverse, Third-party services like SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, etc.).
- Ensure secure authentication (OAuth2, Azure AD), throttling management, and robust exception handling.
4. Prompt Engineering & LLM Applications
- Design high-quality prompts, system instructions, and few-shot examples for LLM-powered copilots.
- Apply grounding using enterprise data (Dataverse, SharePoint APIs).
- Work with hybrid/vector retrieval and RAG patterns where required.
5. Microsoft Graph API
- Implement secure integration with Microsoft Graph API to access and manipulate M365 users, groups, Mail, calendar, Files, drives, Teams channels.
- Create Graph-powered automations inside Power Automate and copilots.
