Overview
Refulgent Technologies Inc. is seeking an Organizational Change Management and Communications Leader to drive transformational initiatives. The role is focused on guiding hundreds of stakeholders through a 12+ month adoption journey from legacy systems to new business processes and technology.
Responsibilities
- Apply structured change management methodology for effective process transition.
- Craft and deliver communications to a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Lead a cross-functional Stakeholder Advisory Forum for requirements and feedback.
- Assess change impacts, conduct readiness assessments, and identify key stakeholders.
- Support training design, user acceptance testing and documentation of requirements.
- Manage risk mitigation, resistance identification and articulate actionable change plans.
- Consult and coach teams, engage senior leaders, and coordinate design roles.
Additional Responsibilities
- Complete change management assessments and document deliverables for various plans.
- Identify risk mitigation tactics and manage persistent resistance.
- Coordinate with other specialists, track issues, and evaluate success metrics.
