Jobs via Dice is seeking an Organizational Change Management Specialist to support upcoming enhancement projects. This pivotal role focuses on managing organizational change activities to ensure the successful adoption of new processes, systems, and enhancements. You will be instrumental in overseeing change control, communications, and process impact management for this year's enhancement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate Organizational Change Control (OCC) requests, ensuring proper documentation, review, approval, and tracking.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive change management plans aligned with project objectives and timelines.
- Create and deliver effective communication templates and materials, including announcements, FAQs, training notices, and stakeholder updates.
- Assess and manage process changes resulting from enhancement projects, conducting impact analysis and developing mitigation plans.
- Collaborate seamlessly with project managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to align change activities with project delivery.
- Support stakeholder engagement and readiness activities to drive adoption and minimize resistance.
- Track change-related risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating them as needed to ensure smooth project progression.
- Ensure strict adherence to change management best practices and governance standards.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Organizational Change Management, Change Control, or related project support roles.
- Strong understanding of established change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, or similar frameworks).
- Demonstrated experience developing robust communication strategies and templates for diverse stakeholder groups.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple change initiatives concurrently, ensuring all are on track.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, crucial for conveying complex information clearly.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in enhancement or transformation projects, fostering collaborative environments.
