Overview

Jobs via Dice is recruiting for an Organizational Change Management and Communications Leader at Sage Group. This role guides the transition of hundreds of stakeholders from old to new processes and technology, ensuring adoption and minimizing resistance over a 12+ month period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply a structured change management methodology.
  • Lead hands-on communications across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Facilitate a cross-functional Stakeholder Advisory Forum.
  • Conduct change impact analysis and support readiness assessments.
  • Support training, User Acceptance Testing, and report progress.
  • Manage resistance and drive adoption in complex environments.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Conduct change management assessments and risk mitigation.
  • Develop and execute Sponsor, People Manager, Communications, and Training Plans.
  • Coach leaders and teams while coordinating with specialists.
  • Track, report, and measure success metrics.

Required Experience and Skills

  • 5 years Organizational Change Management experience.
  • 10 years Communication experience in OCM.
  • 5 years Project Management experience.
  • 10 years of strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • 10 years experience with training design and end-user readiness.
  • 10 years managing resistance and driving adoption.
  • 10 years experience in process transformation initiatives.
