Serenity Info Tech, Inc. (via Dice) is seeking a leader to direct organizational change and communications initiatives for the State of North Carolina project. This role is focused on transitioning hundreds of stakeholders to adopt new business processes and technology through structured change management and effective communication.

Role Responsibilities

  • Apply and document change management methodology and assessments.
  • Craft and deliver consultant-grade project communications.
  • Lead cross-functional stakeholder advisory forums.
  • Assess impact, support training and user acceptance testing efforts.
  • Identify risk mitigation tactics and manage resistance.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Create actionable deliverables for change management plans.
  • Support senior leader engagement and training program design.
  • Coordinate with specialists and integrate change management activities.
  • Track, report issues, and measure success metrics.
