Oracle Time & Labor Solution Architect

Dice, the leading career destination for tech experts, is seeking a senior Oracle HCM Business Partner / Solution Architect to assist with the implementation of the Time and Labor module.

This role requires deep knowledge of Oracle HCM Time and Labor module and functional solution architect experience. The consultant must understand Oracle HCM configuration, execute testing, and manage a system integrator / implementation partner.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing the Time and Labor module
  • Organizing and executing testing
  • Managing system integrator / implementation partner efforts
  • Understanding business process impacts of Oracle Time and Labor
  • Hands-on support when needed

Required Skills & Experience:
