Customer Interaction: Respond to business inquiries via email and ticketing systems, clarifying complex technical concepts for non-technical users.
Escalation Management: Identify and escalate complex issues to senior technical support engineers or development teams.
Training and Support: Provide basic training to customers on Oracle ERP functionalities and usage.
