About Robustware and the OMS Platform Reliability Lead Role
Robustware, a client of Dice, is seeking an experienced OMS Platform Reliability Lead to join their team. This role is crucial for ensuring the stability and performance of their Order Management System in a live eCommerce environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Fluent Commerce and a deep understanding of its platform functionalities.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for the OMS platform, specifically Fluent Commerce.
- Develop a strong understanding of platform workflows, webhooks, essential rules, and GraphQL API.
- Support the OMS in a live eCommerce environment, ensuring smooth order processing.
- Debug full order lifecycle workflows, from order creation through fulfillment and integration points.
- Read, troubleshoot, and identify issues within Java-based custom extensions.
- Write and troubleshoot queries and mutations, with a bonus for Postman experience.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of APIs, JSON payloads, and event-driven architecture.
- Build automation using Python or Java for reporting, fixes, or operational tasks.
- Engage in production support and work within a RUN environment.
- Utilize observability tools such as Splunk, Datadog, New Relic, or ELK for monitoring and issue resolution.
- Comfortably run Postman queries and debug API responses.
