The Role: OCM Training Lead

HCLTech is seeking a highly talented and self-motivated OCM Training Lead to contribute to advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity. This role involves developing, implementing, and overseeing training programs to enhance employee skills and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities & Capabilities

• Familiarity and proficiency with learning development and program management.
• Manage training timelines, deliverable creation, and SCORM compliance.
• Experience using SharePoint as an LMS system.
• Preferred experience with Taxonomy Best Practices.
• Manage Gamification exercises and programs.
• Oversee instructional programs for specific skill development or general topics.
• Manage the roll-out of all aspects of training sessions tailored to specific client audiences.
• Assist with developing role-based training curricula for in-scope roles in change initiatives.
• Familiarity with leveraging Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) for training content development and learning activities.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of hands-on training development and instructional design experience.
• Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand new concepts and effectively translate them to clients.
• Familiarity with SLDC methodology.
• Familiarity with AI tools, prompts, and general AI concepts.
• Expertise in Andragogy (Adult Learning Models) and Metrics (Kirkpatrick).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this role is between $155,000 and $240,000. A candidate's pay within this range will be determined by their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses.
