About the Role

The BiZZdesign ArchiMate Architect role at Radiantze Inc is focused on maturing an enterprise-level Adaptive Architecture practice aligned to SAFe. You will own the BiZZdesign Enterprise Studio / HoriZZon repository and elevate ArchiMate 3.x as the common notation across strategy, business, application, data, technology, and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Modeling & Viewpoints: Build and maintain end-to-end ArchiMate models covering strategy, business, application, data, technology, and migration. Develop consumable viewpoints including capability maps, value streams, system context views, interface catalogs, and roadmaps.
  • Repository Ownership & Governance: Curate metamodel conventions, element dictionaries, and naming standards and implement quality checks like orphan detection and relationship integrity.
  • Tooling Integration & Automation: Integrate BiZZdesign with Azure DevOps/GitHub, CMDBs, cloud catalogs, and data sources; automate imports/exports and reporting.
  • SAFe Enablement & Flow Support: Support LPM, solution/enterprise architects, and ARTs with pre-PI runway views, dependency maps, and maintain a living architecture runway.
  • Coaching & Evangelism: Coach teams on ArchiMate viewpoints and modeling hygiene, run a modeling guild, and deliver clinics and office hours.

Required Experience

A minimum of 5-8+ years in Enterprise/Solution Architecture or Enterprise Modeling is required, including 3+ years with BiZZdesign tools. Proficiency in ArchiMate 3.x with experience in SAFe environments, BPMN, and integration with DevOps/ALM systems is essential. Cloud literacy (AWS/Azure) and scripting basics (Python, REST) are a plus.
