  • Coach project teams and engage senior leaders.
  • Develop and integrate change management plans and deliverables.
  • Monitor success metrics and manage the change portfolio.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive change management assessments.
  • Create actionable deliverables such as Sponsor, People Manager, Communications, and Training Plans.
  • Support organizational design and role definitions.
  • Coordinate with other specialists and track issues.
