Role Overview: Mantl Expert
This contract position is 100% remote and focuses on leveraging the Mantl digital account opening platform to enhance consumer and commercial deposit onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of the Mantl digital account opening platform to enable seamless consumer and commercial deposit onboarding.
- Configure Mantl workflows specifically for retail and commercial deposit account onboarding.
- Integrate the Mantl platform with Fiserv DNA core banking system and Alloy identity verification solutions.
- Customize user experience (UX) flows, document capture processes, and e-signature functionalities.
- Ensure stringent compliance with all relevant banking regulations and disclosure requirements.
- Optimize conversion rates and key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital onboarding.
- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and compliance departments.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital banking and onboarding platforms.
- Proven, hands-on Mantl implementation experience.
- Strong knowledge of retail and commercial deposit operations.
