IDR, Inc. is seeking a Learning Systems Administrator for a long-term remote opportunity. The primary focus of this role is to support and optimize an enterprise learning technology environment, with a strong emphasis on Workday Learning, LMS governance, system integrations, and AI-enabled learning solutions.
Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize enterprise learning technology environments.
- Focus on Workday Learning, LMS governance, and system integrations.
- Implement and manage AI-enabled learning solutions.
- Support LMS + HRIS integrations, APIs, and SSO.
- Configure backend systems including security roles, workflows, and metadata.
- Manage SCORM/xAPI, testing, and release management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise LMS administration experience.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Learning or similar platforms (Cornerstone, Saba, SuccessFactors, Docebo).
- Experience supporting LMS + HRIS integrations, APIs, and SSO.
- Strong backend configuration skills (security roles, workflows, automation, metadata, governance).
- Familiarity with SCORM/xAPI, testing, and release management.
- Exposure to AI-driven learning technologies is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
