Key Responsibilities

  • Build and organize the organization's internal and/or external knowledge base.
  • Maintain and continuously evolve the knowledge base to meet organizational needs.
  • Ensure all information within the knowledge base is accurate, discoverable, and up-to-date.
  • Facilitate ease of use, positioning the knowledge base as a central source of truth for all teams and stakeholders.
  • Utilize key tools such as MS Teams/SharePoint and ServiceNow for knowledge management.
