Junior Template Designer at Trebecon LLC
Trebecon LLC, through Dice, is seeking a Junior Template Designer to join their team. This 100% remote role involves designing, configuring, and maintaining templates using internal tools, focusing on Claims and Pre-Estimate Letters. The ideal candidate will assist in migrating existing Crystal Report templates, implement complex business rules and dynamic content, and collaborate closely with business, technical, QA, and development teams to ensure high-quality template outputs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain templates using the internal template design tool.
- Build and update templates for Claims and Pre-Estimate Letters.
- Assist in migrating existing Crystal Report templates into the new system.
- Implement business rules, conditional logic, and dynamic content within templates.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver accurate templates.
- Troubleshoot template logic, formatting, and data integration issues.
- Work with QA and development teams to validate template outputs.
- Ensure templates meet quality and performance standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in programming, reporting, or template development.
- Programming experience to implement logic and business rules within templates.
- Strong MS-SQL skills (queries, stored procedures, functions).
- Experience with procedural programming.
- Basic understanding of Crystal Reports (hands-on experience not required).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with MS .NET, Python, or React.
- Knowledge of Health and/or Dental Insurance.
- Exposure to claims adjudication or benefits processing workflows.
- Experience with report migration or template automation tools.
Experience Requirements
1–3 years of relevant professional experience in programming, reporting, or template configuration.
