About the Role

The Junior Azure Devops Admin role at Junior Azure Devops Admin involves operating and maintaining Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, and SonarQube. This is a contract position with a remote work arrangement and requires USC work authorization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Near-shore platform admin: Operate and maintain Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, and SonarQube (SaaS/hosted) availability, patching, configuration, and hygiene.
  • Ticket & access management: Resolve support requests for user provisioning, RBAC/permissions, licenses, and break-glass access within SLA.
  • Data & reporting: Fulfill data/report requests, build recurring dashboards, and provide audit evidence.
  • CI/CD enablement: Maintain runners/agent pools, pipeline templates, service connections, and troubleshoot build issues.
  • Security & compliance: Enforce branch protections, required checks, SAST/DAST measures, and monitor audit logs.
  • Integrations & extensions: Manage marketplace apps and integrations (Jira, ServiceNow, Teams), webhooks, SSO/SAML/SCIM, and automate via APIs/CLI.
  • Runbooks & improvement: Maintain documentation, drive automation of tasks using PowerShell, and partner with CoE Principals.
