Job Description
Junior AWS Data Engineer Training Program
We are seeking motivated candidates to join our structured Skill Development Track focused on building strong technical capabilities in AWS Data Engineering and Cloud-based Data Solutions. This program is designed to provide hands-on exposure to real-world data engineering workflows and cloud infrastructure practices.
Key Responsibilities & Learning Outcomes
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines using Amazon S3, AWS Glue, and Amazon Redshift
- Work with distributed data processing and querying tools such as Amazon Athena
- Develop ETL/ELT workflows and data transformation processes
- Perform data ingestion from structured and semi-structured sources
- Implement IAM roles and security best practices using AWS IAM
- Utilize serverless components such as AWS Lambda for automation
- Write optimized queries in SQL and build data transformation scripts using Python
- Apply data warehousing concepts including schema design (Star/Snowflake), partitioning, and performance tuning
- Work with version control systems (Git) and basic CI/CD concepts
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and performance optimization
