Accion Labs, our client, is actively seeking a dedicated Jira Administrator. This role is offered via Dice, a leading career destination for tech experts.
Jira Administrator (Part-time, Fully Remote)
We are searching for a hands-on Jira Administrator to take ownership of the configuration, governance, and continuous improvement of Accion Labs' Atlassian ecosystem, which includes Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer Jira projects, users, roles, and permissions efficiently.
- Configure workflows, issue types, fields, and screens to meet business needs.
- Build automation rules to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Create insightful dashboards, reports, and JQL filters for data analysis.
- Support Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban) and ITSM workflows effectively.
- Manage integrations with essential tools like Git, CI/CD, Slack, and monitoring systems.
- Maintain marketplace apps and ensure optimal system performance.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide comprehensive user support and training.
- Establish robust governance standards and best practices for the Atlassian suite.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven hands-on Jira Administration experience.
- Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) workflows and methodologies.
- Experience with Jira Automation rules for process optimization.
- Solid knowledge of permission schemes and security best practices within Jira.
- Experience in building dashboards and crafting complex JQL queries.
