About the Role
This is a full-time, remote position for an experienced IVR/Chat Developer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing conversational AI solutions, particularly with Amelia (SoundHound), and integrating these with various enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design system prompts and user journeys for conversational agents.
- Train and tune NLP models to improve accuracy and user experience.
- Integrate conversational AI solutions with enterprise applications and backend systems.
- Develop and deploy voicebot solutions utilizing speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and natural conversation design.
- Apply expertise in Natural Language Processing, intent recognition, and entity extraction.
- Connect bots to backend systems using APIs (REST, SOAP, XML).
- Work within an Onshore-Offshore model and collaborate effectively.
Must-Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Strong experience with Amelia (SoundHound) for Service Desk Automation.
- Experience creating automation solutions using Chat bots and IVA Bots in Amelia.
- Proficiency in integrating Amelia with AWS Connect, Backend APIs, and Webhooks.
- Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Rally.
- Familiarity with Contact center technologies, Active Directory Services (ADS), Single Sign-On (SSO), and Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP).
- Scripting skills in Python and JavaScript.
- Experience with React JS.
- Good communication skills.
