About the Role

As an IT Service Desk Professional at Tranzeal, Inc., you will be the frontline support, expertly diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues. Utilizing your fundamental IT knowledge and troubleshooting skills, you will aim for first-contact resolution for most incidents, always ensuring exceptional customer service and full ownership of each issue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot computer, printer, network, and Microsoft product issues.
  • Provide essential support for healthcare and clinical applications.
  • Log all incidents accurately, document solutions, and contribute to knowledgebase updates.
  • Escalate complex issues efficiently to the appropriate support teams.
  • Communicate status updates clearly and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Be available for on-call support, including scheduled evenings and weekends.
  • Identify recurring trends and report systemic issues to improve services.
  • Assist with various additional Service Desk projects as required.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 3+ years of IT support or related experience, with certifications accepted in lieu of formal education.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of IT troubleshooting methodologies and installation procedures.
  • Strong customer service orientation and professional phone etiquette.
  • Excellent documentation and clear communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within team environments.
  • Flexibility to provide off-hours coverage as needed.
