IT Project Coordinator at DivIHN Integration Inc.
DivIHN, a CMMI ML3-certified Technology and Talent solutions firm, is seeking an IT Project Coordinator. This role is crucial in supporting Project Managers by assisting with various project facets, ensuring quality, and facilitating coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers in understanding project goals, deadlines, priorities, resource administration, and financial management.
- Provide assistance in preparing presentations and managing general coordination and administrative tasks, including meeting scheduling.
- Manage the financial tracker for project forecasting and spending.
- Update systems utilized for project spend.
- Monitor and report on cross-project dependencies.
- Aid Project Managers with the development of detailed work plans.
- Oversee the document repository to ensure key information is current and accessible.
- Ensure quality, timeliness, and results align with Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) expectations.
- Lead and facilitate quality inspections of essential project documentation and artifacts.
- Facilitate performance testing discovery sessions for assigned projects to identify testing requirements.
- Manage the impact of project changes on the testing schedule and process.
- Coordinate project activities across diverse groups, including vendor partners, functional teams, technical teams, business representatives, and IT leadership.
- Provide guidance to project and business resources for test script development.
- Report on quality and testing status throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop Test Plans/Test Approaches and define appropriate success metrics for each project testing cycle.
- Manage defect resolution by collaborating with relevant teams to analyze root causes and determine corrective actions.
Required Qualifications
To succeed in this IT Project Coordinator role, candidates should possess the following:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, IS, or an equivalent technical field is a minimum requirement.
- Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of experience working as an IT project team member.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to identify project risks and make decisions based on risk analysis.
- Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and visualization) to effectively interact at all organizational levels.
- Proven ability to manage personal workload and set priorities with minimal supervision.
- Strong meeting facilitation skills.
- Robust financial acumen related to project financials.

- Experience with Planview for resource and financial management.
- Knowledge and experience with Micro Focus Quality Center or other quality management applications.
- Proficiency in Power BI Report Creation (or similar platforms).
- Familiarity with Confluence, Planview Agileplace, and other Agile tools.
- Knowledge and experience in applying automated testing tools and processes.
- Introductory Scrum or Agile Certifications/Training.
Work Arrangement & Duration
This is a remote position, though candidates local to Corning, NY or Charlotte, NC are preferred. Consideration will be given to candidates in all US locations who are willing to support EST working hours. The anticipated assignment duration is 9 months, with a possibility of extension based on demand. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM EST, with some flexibility required based on project needs.
