Job Description
Role Overview: IT Asset Disposition Support Resource
The IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) Support Resource provides critical administrative and operational support to the Solution Architect and program leadership. This role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and consistency in documentation, estimates, and workflow coordination across internal teams including Sales, Partners, and SOW Processing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in fast-paced, process-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring correct pricing, markup, margins, and required documentation.
- Attach finalized SOWs to the appropriate Salesforce cases and provide status updates to Sales.
- Assist with Partner SOWs (PSOWs) by submitting requests to SOW Processing and entering required data into Agiloft for executable document creation.
- Build and manage estimates in Salesforce for engagement creation, ensuring compliance and data accuracy.
- Maintain and update approved opportunity and program tracking spreadsheets when projects move forward.
- Collaborate closely with the Solution Architect, Sales, Partners, and internal operations teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years of administrative, operations, or program support experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
- Experience using Salesforce, Agiloft, or similar contract/workflow management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Prior exposure to IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) programs or IT services operations is a plus.
