Position Overview

The iOS Developer role is focused on operating distributed systems at hyper scale using cloud native best practices. You will help disrupt the health care industry by delivering better patient care. As a developer and tech lead, you will design, build, and maintain scalable, distributed, and resilient software components for a health care platform.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and ship high-quality iOS applications using Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, and Combine framework.
  • Lead technical design discussions, mentor team members, and drive end-to-end SDLC.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact with executive leadership.
  • Evaluate application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective testing strategies.

Job Requirements

Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to engage with business and development teams. Solid analytical and planning skills with a customer-focused approach. A deep understanding of software development processes with expertise in Agile methodologies combined with traditional practices.

  • 7+ years of experience in developing and shipping iOS mobile applications.
  • Proficiency in Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, Combine framework, and testing strategies.
  • Experience in leading teams, providing technical leadership, and mentoring engineers.
  • Ability to work with geographically distributed teams and cross-cultural environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience evaluating multiple application architectures, familiarity with Swift Concurrency or Kotlin coroutines, and interest in UX design. Prior experience in SDK development, healthcare industry, and electronic medical records systems is an advantage.
